This is what the golf cart looked like when it first showed up at my stable. It already had a lift kit on it. It had 10" wheels. It had turn signals, a horn, a manual windshield wiper, lights, brake lights, mirrors, and seatbelts. It had a vin number and the previous owner had it tagged with a license plate.
